Frequently Asked Questions
You can find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our filter supply processes, product options, and services here.
How does your filter supply process work?+
Simply provide us with the brand, model, or OEM code of the filter you need. Thanks to our extensive network in the industry, we quickly identify the part you are looking for and offer it to you at the best price.
Can you bring in products that I cannot find in the online catalog?+
Absolutely. The products on our website are only those that are active in stock or highly demanded models. When you submit your request via our contact or support line, we can custom supply specific industrial or heavy equipment filters that are not on the list.
Do you provide equivalent products instead of the original brand?+
Yes, depending on your request and budget, we offer both 100% original (OEM) filters and certified upper-segment equivalent filter options manufactured to the same quality standards.
Do you have discounts for bulk purchases or corporate agreements?+
We have wholesale purchase agreements tailored for corporate fleets and factories. We offer special discounts and priority delivery advantages for continuous supply contracts.
Which sectors do you produce filter solutions for?+
We serve all sectors that require filters, including heavy commercial vehicles, construction machinery, the automotive sector, marine, generator systems, industrial ventilation, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
When should the replacement and maintenance of hydraulic filters in construction machinery be done?+
In standard use, hydraulic filters should generally be replaced every 250 to 500 operating hours. However, if you are using heavy attachments like hydraulic breakers on your machine, this period may drop to 200 hours due to high heat and contamination. Furthermore, even if the operating hours are not completed, filters must be renewed at least once a year.
What are the main differences between industrial filters and heavy-duty filters?+
Heavy-duty filters are optimized to withstand variable road conditions, dust, and vibration of trucks and buses in motion. Industrial filters are manufactured to specific engineering standards for stationary processes like factory production lines, power plants, or petrochemical facilities, tailored to specific chemicals, high operating pressures, and special fluid flow rates (e.g., jet pulse systems).
What should be considered when choosing the correct hydraulic or industrial filter?+
Instead of focusing solely on price or brand, factors such as the filtration precision (micron rating) required by the system, operating temperature, pressure resistance, and the chemical nature of the fluid (acid/base/oil resistance) must be considered. While a coarse filter with the wrong micron rating does not protect the system, a filter that is too fine will clog rapidly, causing the by-pass valve to open prematurely.
What does it mean when the filter contamination indicator turns red?+
If the contamination indicator on the filter housing has moved to the red zone, the filter has reached the point of clogging and must be replaced immediately, even if the operating hours are not complete. In case of a blockage, the system opens the "by-pass" valve to protect itself, sending dirty/particulate oil directly into the system, which can cause severe damage to pumps and valves.
To what extent do harsh environmental conditions (excessive dust, mud, high temperatures) affect filter life?+
Extremely dusty construction sites, mining areas, or high-temperature working environments extraordinarily accelerate the clogging process of air and oil filters. For vehicles and machines working under such harsh conditions, standard maintenance periods should be brought forward by 25% to 50%, and periodic oil/filter checks must be more frequent.
